Logos

Wellness Indicators

Wellness Indicators was a startup that developed a software program providing large companies a way to offer their employees a personal health assessment profile. Each report would be completely unique based on results from simple urine tests. I explored options conveying the idea of measuring and increasing levels along with some ideas that spoke more to the human element.

Luxe Salon and Day Spa

Luxe is a salon that offers hair services along with spa services. The challenge was to develop a logo that could convey their services in a sophisticated yet simple, straightforward way. The winner was my favorite - it incorporates a shape that could be seen as both a curve of the hip or a flowing strand of hair.

Matisse’s specialty was dipping the freshest fruits in the most delicious chocolate. What better way to convey that than to literally dip their juicy wordmark in some thick, rich chocolate.

Hackensack Performing Arts Center

The city of Hackensack was getting ready to open a theater in their up-and-coming downtown district. Along with a full campaign for launch we designed a logo for the venue. A variety of directions were explored, the chosen logo takes its inspiration from the idea of being on stage under the big lights.

Words and Pictures Creative Service

We were in the process of rebranding ourselves and felt a new logo was in order. Connecting to the idea of verbal and visual I played around with things like quotation marks that could be eyes or picture brackets. Ultimately our team chose the cleaner sans serif logo that incorporates a talking bubble/picture bracket icon.
